[bt-devel] autoconf stuff

Couldn't some of the automake/autoconf be removed? Like do we really need to 
check for a fortran compiler? or arts? or CoreAudio headers? or mcop for that 
matter? And as I recall we also don't make dcop calls or provide a dcop 
server corret?

I ask because I'm about to try to learn autotools so I can clean up our 
configure process a bit.
