[bt-devel] Editing personnal notes with special characters

Hello,

I'd like to mention a bug I encoutered when editing personal notes in 
french. There's a problem with the é, à è, ê, ë, ù, ô (etc) characters, 
which are not properly saved. I get a pair of square characters instead. 
I don't know how you can fix this problem, but it could help french 
users, but I think German people would appreciate, too...
