[bt-devel] InstallMgr support in CVS

Basic support to install modules from remote FTP and to delete modules using 
BibleTime is now in CVS. The UI still needs to be irmproved but at least 
module installation works on my side.

Make sure your Sword dir is writable before testing. In the future we'll offer 
the possibility to choose the target.
