sure thats what I was hoping. I did figure it out but the i18 will come in 
handy as I have not built it before. For some reason my rpm would have the 
correct directory setting for inlcude/sword of 755 but when i install it it 
would go to 600. So I explicitly set the attr to 755 and that fixed it.
