[bt-devel] Romanian Translation

Artemis, Joachim,

I would like to send my blessings to you and thank God for your effort 
to translate Bibletime into Romanian. It was on my list of things to 
do, but my workload has increased here more than I expected so it has 
fallen down my list. I hadn't actually started except to look into how 
the tools work.

I hope the work goes well.
