Yes, that's one of the bugs I can't fix. At least I think so.
The kHTML widget has it's own Drag&Drop functions and normally doesn't let 
programers do their own ones. If we override them kHTML still does some 
drag&drop and one of the side effects is that the text is scrolling.

I'll have a look into it again, maybe I can find a workaround.
