Stephen,
I did some work on the icon stuff. Maybe it works now.

Please execute:
	make -f Makefile.cvs
	./configure --prefix=/usr
	make
	make install

If it doesn't work please tell me what the following gives you:
 	cd bibletime/pics
	perl ../../admin/am_edit 16x16/Makefile.in -v
and send me the fle 16x16/Makefile.in and Makefile if it doesn't work.

I'm clueless what the reason for all these troubles might be.
