[bt-devel] Printing styles

Hi all!

Just did some some wotrk on the printer classes and noticed, that the styles 
are sacved in the config file "bt-printingrc". This is working, but it's not 
possible this way to create some standard printing styles in a good way.

If nobody objects I'll change the saving of printing styles to XML files (one 
per style).

With a little perl script translating printing styles should be possible, too.
