I just changed the sources to 

a) use KDE icons where possible. Joachim, please take a look. I changed some 
icons (e.g. bookmarks, folders etc.) which you might want to keep. (Just view 
the latest differences in ressource.h) The icons are still there, they're 
only no longer used and can be deleted upon your approval.

b) the "#ifdef STATIC_BUILD" stuff is no longer used. Joachim, you could 
remove the stuff taking care of this in the automake/-conf system.
