[bt-devel] UFT8Transliterator problems

Hi,
You're probably not going to like this but I'd suggest not #including 
utf8transliterator.h for a few days (hopefully ;) ) at least until after the 
next version of sword is released.

You see, what ought to happen is that swmgr will create the 
utf8transliterator so you don't have to in the frontend. But when I tried 
that it messed up the windows frontend and this close to release that is a 
bad idea so I reverted it.

After sword 1.5.4 is released we can mess around with it happily though and 
maybe release a 1.5.4a of the lib later.
