Hi,
  I finished redoing the 16x16 icons, enhancing some 22x22 icons, and adding a 
BibleTime application icon to all sizes. Additionally 16x16 and 22x22-size 
module icons each have a locked module icon (adds a padlock to the icon).
  I'm still not totally satisfied with the 16x16 icon's usability (The omega 
on the commentary icon is a bit hard to discern for example), however, I 
think people should now be able to figure out what they are - at least if 
they have some clue to what they *should* be.

  Martin: If you see something minor that needs to be adjusted before release 
I can try to get it done by tomorrow evening.
