[bt-devel] development?

I have removed all of the "development info" from the handbook.   Please look at
the en files.  I could probably simplify the installation instructions, does
anyone have any comments on this?

I copied all of the sourceforge site documents into the CVS tree.  If anyone
wants to translate the site docs this should make it easier.  I think these
files do not belong in the RPM version, so please take this into account when
adding makefiles to ~/bibletime/bibletime/docs/en/SourceForgeSiteDocsEN
