[bt-devel] New tools for handbook files in kde

I loaded mandrake 8.1 today.  It was a bit painfull, but most things are
working now.  I had to resolve a corrupted partition on my windows
directory befor hard drake would let me complete the install.

The text tools I found in the i18n.kde translation handbook are present
in this version, and part of the stuff seems to work.  The rest is
giving error messages indicatin that I still need to load more stuff.

I expect a few more days will be needed on this before I can report
anything useful regarding using .po files with the handbook
translation.  When I have somthing, I will try to post it to my isp's
web page area rather than to the cvs until we agree that the cvs should
contain this, and where.
