After thinking about it, I think that I should submit the instructions
that I wrote for installmgr to sword for inclusion in the installmgr
section, and only mention that it is available in the handbook. 
Instructions in the sword / installmgr package should stand on their
own.

I will wait for this feature 'Module Installer' to be added to bibletime
before I try to write anything about it.

I just went over the kde documentation website.  There have been some
changes to the documentation recommendations.  I will go over these and
update to suit the new recommendations.
