Well I thought about this. I don't think we need to save them(I am talking 
about the displaysettingsbuttons that I introduced). 
If you create a new display window it will always use the predefined settings 
from the optionsdialog, which seems to be sufficient to me. Would be too much 
work, and too many places where similar code lives--all have to be updated if 
for example a new option type would be introduced in sword.
