[bt-devel] just tried current cvs and got this

It did as I said, but I just tried it again and got the same
error as you.  After about an hour or so, it looks like the only
things missing are docs/sk/HTML/Makefile*; the rest of the
stuff seems to be there.

So I expect that someone is updating this documentation directory,
but has left a few files missing.
