Hi,

I checked in a little script which automatically creates the Makefile.am's in 
the bibletime/pics/*color and subdirectories. Thereby you will not need to 
change the .am files any more when adding/removing icons.
Please do no longer modify the .am files in these directories yourself, but 
rather run this little script.

It worked for me, but please also test and eventually fix errors you find.
I plan writing such a script for the bibletime/doc directory also, since it 
changes often. Why not let the computer do the stupid work?
