[bt-devel] bug submission

I already have.  It doesn't seem like there is any special trick to
submitting bugs:  I click "sumit new," add the info in, then hit submit.
We'll see what the SourceForge folks have to say.

This is really strange! Maybe you should submit a bug for the SourceForge
project if you're sure you're doing the right things.
