[bt-devel] Parallel text displaying added in Bible presenter

Hi!

As a test I added some sort of interlinear display to the Bible presenter. 
The interface is not yet complete, but it works.

Please comment how to improve it.

(I know it's soo slo, but this is obviously caused by Sword lookup "speed" ;)
