Hi Luke,

its not a gcc 3.0 problem.

The sword/Makefile.cfg was changed. 

Installdir is now no longer /usr/local/sword/ but /usr.
I assume you now have 2 sword libs on your system. Just remove 
/usr/local/sword and do a ./configure.
