[bt-devel] Improved configure

Configure does now find out automatically the distribution type and version 
(e.g. type ="Mandrake" and version="8.0").

At the moment it does only work for Mandrake and SuSE because I had no 
redhat-release file.
Please test it. If problems occur with SuSE and Mandrake pöease send me the 
output of configure.

The messages which show the distribution are at the end of the Sword messages 
(but before the creating ... messages).

Execute

make -f Makefile.cvs; configure

to get the new configure improvements.

BTW: All work on the SPEC file should now be done on bibletime.spec.in. 
Brook, if you need some new checks or new options in configure please send 
your requests on this list!
