 First
About the access. I have not used CVS before now, and there is always the
possibility that the green horn will accidentally do something he should
not. I hope the CVS is recoverable to the condition before an upload.

Second
Although I use computers extensively at my work as a mechanical engineer at
Newport News Shipbuilding http://www.nns.com most of my computer work is
along the lines of technical writing. I don't consider myself very good at
writing, but it seems that in the end much of the time spent in engineering
work is telling other people how to do things. So communication must be
learned.

Almost all of my programming experience was in collage with WATIV ( a fortran
flavor that ran on an IBM 370 ) in the days of punch cards. That dates me.

Third
I am a part of an church that is not a member of a formal association, but it
is bible focused and missions oriented.

Last year I was able to be a part of a construction team that traveled to
Tabasco Mexico to assist on a construction project. Now I know that the
Mexicans have good reason for the noon time nap. Concrete slabs are placed
from 5 gallon buckets, carried on shoulders. Even the ones on upper floors.

It was an eye opening privilege to be able to be a part of that construction
project. If you are interested I can send some more information later.

Likewise making bible study materials like bible time available to the
portions of the church that might not otherwise have them available also
supports the Gods harvest.

I consider it a privilege that I have skills that the Lord can use.
