Yes, using "make install" does now use correct permissions for the installed 
files.
If you add a new section so an additional HTML page will be generated, you 
don't have to add it, all HTML files will be installed.
If you add a new docbook file please add it in en/handbook/Makefile.am 
(append it to the EXTRA_DIST section).
That's all.
