I am finished with the install section of the documents except for
adding a few pictures.  I found that installmge won't run at the last
version I have installed, so I need to download a new copy before I can
do this.  I will try to have the updates posted by sunday PM.

Are we going to provide installmgr with the RPM build?  If not I should
explain this and state that it is only available in the sword source.
