I will add one file to the unicode that is the partly finished
installmgr instructions (i need to take items out that are duplicated
elsewhere) a readme.in and an install.in at top level.  These are partly
the existing files from bibletime ediited to reflect their use in
bibletime-doc.

Should I remove all html files from prevous versions?  This would leave
only the english.
