The files are now send to the translators.


I had to change some small things in the installation guide and in the 
helpdialog pages.
But this is not our fault Fred, It's my fault because I had not mentioned it 
earlier.

I had to chnage some path names and I had to correct some things in the 
requirements section.
I also changed presenter to display window and groupmanager to main index.
