It's ok Martin.

At the moment I'm switching presenters to keychoosers and using tables to 
replace autoscrolling.
Printing is almost done and is working basically, at the moment your can 
print bookmarks and search result items, text in presenters comes later.

Could everybody _try_ to use the printing mechanism?
I hope it's easy enough, but some things are not working and some things will 
be removed later.
