[bt-devel] SWORD CD

The binaries I used (for a Mandrake system) installed into that directory by
default, so didn't need any command line options.  Mind you, I did use
redhat rpm's, and having some font related permission problems I haven't yet
tracked down.

Thanks I've seen that before what I was more curious about is the
command line options to get it to compile so that the binaries are in
the opt/kde2 directory when the installation is done.
