[bt-devel] CVS for KDE 2.0

Hi all,
I;m trying to download KDE 2.0 so I can start learning, but I am having
trouble getting in via CVS.  I only have an internal modem (temporarily) so
I am trying to download via Windows using WinCVS.  When I try to login, I
get the following:

cvs -z9 login 
(Logging in to pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.kde.org)
cvs [login aborted]: connect to anoncvs.kde.org:2401 failed: Connection
refused

*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****

What is going wrong?  I'm not sure what to do next.  This happens when I use
WinCVS or CVS Command line.
