[bt-devel] Missing file

For the past couple days BT 0.3 hasn't compiled.  The error I get is as 
follows:

Making all in optionsdialog

This is after a clean checkout and last night's kde2 snapshot.  Do I not have 
a recent enough SWORD snapshot?
