[bt-devel] BT 0.23

In my exploration of the latest BT 0.23 I discovered that the localization
settings don't seem to work.

I can select or deselect whether to use localization, and I can select to
use the KDE language setting or de.

If I select de I would expect to see German book names
, but I do not.   They still display in English, and when I go back into
settings, it shows to use the KDE language setting.

Am I doing something wrong?
