[bt-devel] Licensing

I wrote to the authors of KTipOfTheDay and the KAction classes.

The author of the action classes doesn't want to add th exception, but he 
allows to license the sourcecode under the LGPL !
What's the difference between the GPL and LGPL ? If you don't know it I'll 
try to find out if myself, but I think you are a license expoert ;-)

If it's ok we'll probably switch to LGPL.
