Do you know how to use CVS? IMHO it's better to use so more than one authors 
can write the handbook.
I installed the ksgml2html program, it produces better output. Do you have it?

I tried more than one time to install it, it doesn't work. I think we should 
use the SGMLtools. There's a tutorial included in the sgmltools, it's usefult 
to learn the syntax.

Jeff, I think we have what ou want. Click on a single folder ans select 
"Exportbookmarks", this will export only the bookmarks which are sub-items of 
this folder. If you click on the treeview  (no item) you'll export alls 
bookmarks and groups.
