[bt-devel] bibletime-2 CVS

The bibletime-2 CVS should work now.
I forgot the filter subdir. I also moved structdef.h from frontend to
the main dir since it's also used by the backend. But no modification to
the frontend was neccessary.
I also removed Makefile.in's.

Please try it out.
