Hi!

I made some changes to the presenters.

Torsten I didn't like the lexicon presenter. I changed it to the previous way,
but if nobody likes it I'll change it again. I think problems in the previous
way are:
-If you want to choose Jesus in the comboboy and typed "a" in the editline you
can't choose it -> type jesus or j. This is a bad behaviour.

Hope you'll agree.

I solved some problems with the bible presenter.

BTW, Darwin, the optionsdialog crashes BibleTime if you click OK. This is
caused by "null" pointers in the saveColorOptions (the colors).

I would suggest to use non-pointer color objects (QColor mycolor, not QColor*
mycolor).
