As with any support, it would help if you could send specific 
information about your problem.  For example,

Which OS version of Bible Desktop did you attempt to download?

Did you try to download the Official Stable Release or the Nightly Build?

Which OS and level of that OS do you have installed on your computer?

What happened when you tried to do the download?

Were any error messages issued?  If so, what were they?
