[bd-users] Basic,simple, complete instructions

BTW the poster was asking, as I understood it, if there were any
prepackaged versions of Other Sword software, not BD.  I have not
installed SwordWeb for the same reason:  it's a pain to install, even
though it is a great app.  Please don't just dismiss his complaint.
