[bd-users] BD: Error unable to delete file (when deleting a book)

In BD 1.6 (latest nightly build) I get an error message when using the Delete 
Book option in the Tools | Books dialog.

This occurs irrespective of whether I use BD installed in Windows XP, or if I 
use the webstart method.

The error popup is attached in PNG format.

NB. This is not a permissions issue. The module files can be removed manually 
using Windows Exlorer.
