Where do I get 2.23?

and No this is a new mbp and other than installing it several times along with trying to uninstall, I haven't even got to try it yet

I am having the same problem, worked 1 time. Now it always quits before it starts. Has anyone figured this out?

You are using version 2.2.3?

I tried to send the log using the private message icon and wasn't able to. I got an error there, too:
