Ketab Al Heyat, or New Arabic Version

Is anyone looking into bringing the Ketab Al Heyat / Book of Life arabic translation of the bible to the sword project? The only arabic module available at the moment is the Smith / Van Dyke, and the language of that translation is quite dated.
The bible is published by Biblica, and text is available in pdf form at http://www.biblica.com/bibles/arabic/. It would be very nice to have this available as a sword module, although I don't know how you would go about getting permission to use it,
