confused how to save personal commentary

Whenever I try to edit the personal commentary there seems no way to save it: the save option in the edit drop down box is grayed out. An online article-- http://www.cmug.org/articles/MacSword1-2.html -- indicated that one just clicks "edit module" again, but when I do that, my edited commentary does not show up. And when I click it once more, the text I had entered is gone. Anyone have an answer to this?

In case you downloaded the "Personal Commentary" module from the CrossWire module repository then that explains why you cannot save it.
You need to create a module from within MacSword in order to be able so save you commentaries.
