Hello every body I use GnomeSword 2.4.1 (thanks this repository: http://dominique.corbex.net/gnomesword/ubuntu) on Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex. Besides I use several sessions, for example: session1 and session2 (which I have created thanks to "Save a session" in the ~/.gnomesword/tabs directory). But when I want to launch a specific session, for example the session "session2", it doesn't work. (I want to make a launcher to launch gnomesword with the session "session2" (and not the last session used)). That's what I have tried (thanks to the command : "gnomesword --help") :

Hi Yapper, Unfortunately I think what you are trying to do isn't supported. --sm-client-id is a comman-line argument that appears to be added to all gnome apps. In other words, it is not directly support by GnomeSword itself. I have no idea what it means. However, what you would like to do is an interesting concept, and probably not very hard to add to GnomeSword. I suggest that you add it to our request tracker at https://sourceforge.net/tracker2/?group_id=5528&atid=355528 Also, be advised that we have changed our name to Xiphos and will be releasing Xiphos 3.0 today with many bug fixes and feature enhancements. For support, we encourage the use of our users-mailing list https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gnomesword-users/ as that is watched more closely than this forum. Matthew |
