Dead Sea Scrolls font available

There are not many fonts on-line which attempt to replicate the scripts of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Of those available, none have been Unicode, none have been designed for printing in modern typeface, and none have been available under the GPL (Font Exception) License, making it available free in perpetuity, allowing anyone to use it for any purpose, and encouraging improvement of the original.
