Diatheke and Windows

I was trying to get diatheke to compile under windows. It didn't work.
- You download diatheke-src as a zip file, so this leads me to believe it is for windows, not neccessarily linux or anything else.
- I unzipped and loaded the .dsp file (I am using msVC++ 6).
- On a compile project, it failed because many includes were not found (rawtext.h, thml*.h, etc)
My question is how do you work around this? I currently run Sword Windows Interface 1.5.6. Do you have to get the latest source and manually compile the sword, as well as diatheke? Is VC++ not going to cut it? Thanks for the help.
