./configure missing in CVS ?

...or am I missing anything here?
Just downloaded a fresh CVS sopy of sword API.

[kb2qzv@localhost sword]$ ./usrinst.sh
./usrinst.sh: line 12: ./configure: Nie ma takiego pliku ani katalogu

Configured to NOT write a global /etc/sword.conf on 'make install'.
If this is the first time you've installed sword, be sure to run
'make install_config' if you would like a basic configuration installed

Next you might try something like:

make
su
make install
(and optionally)
make install_config
make register

Thanks for clarifications if any.

should I ./autogen.sh?

regards,
Benedict.

Re: ./configure missing in CVS ?

The configure script is generated during the release and packaging process. I don't know of any projects that use autotools and include their configure scripts in CVS.

Running autogen.sh should create the necessary files.
