Thanks for your tests. Strange, when I start with a fresh install, trashing session and prefs file the content of the window doesn't resize at all. When I use my old session and prefs all is well. Manfred |

Hi. I've uploaded a new Lion release. It adds Lion fullscreen support and fixes the resize issue when adding a new tab in workspace which also caused the corrupted session. The font resize when going to fullscreen is not yet honored. Check the web page for download. Manfred |

Not bad at all. ![]() It works really well so far as I have tested. The Lion Fullscreen is perfect, but there is a remnant of the old fullscreen method still present either by menu command or hotkey. If this is invoked, Eloquent will black out the screen and become unresponsive. Aside from that, things seem to be working okay. I have noticed that the footnotes don't seem to be working. The indicators show up, but clicking them goes to a blank new tab, and hovering over them shows no tooltip. EDIT: After experimenting with fullscreen mode a while, I'm beginning to view the secondary toolbar with the Mod Options, Display Options, etc. to be hogging too much screen space... could it be possible to make that bar hide by default in Lion Fullscreen, and appear when the cursor moves to the top of the screen to show the menu bar? Safari displays this behavior with the bookmarks bar in Fullscreen, if you need a reference. ---------------------------------------- <this signature intentionally left blank> ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by chasm at Aug 10, 2011 6:19:28 PM] |

In version 2.42/2127, the fullscreen text size offset feature works backwards. By this I mean the text shrinks by the indicated value rather than grows. My workaround is to actually enter a negative value in the preference setting for that feature. ---------------------------------------- <this signature intentionally left blank> |
