There was a thread on the sword-devel mailing list talking about the HCSB in November, where someone observed that Olive Tree offers a free HCSB (he also observed that there wasn't a module request for that translation yet). Somebody from SWORD had also had contact with the publisher, but didn't receive a response after a while. Well, TheWord now offers a free, Strongs-tagged version of the HCSB. This seems to suggest that the publishing company is generally willing to make the HCSB available for free.
May I suggest that we pursue this again?
