Noob needs help with Bible Desktop

Hello there...I've just installed Bible Desktop and it's truly wonderful. Thank you, thank you. I'm having a problem with viewing parallel bibles though...every time I click the + button to add another bible, I get exactly the same version popping up. In other words, if BD opens up in the NET bible, and I want to see another Bible I've installed, it doesn't work. The + button ...

"New Bible View" settings do no save

I've tried to open up several "New Bible View"s, both in tab format and as individual windows with different books open for each tab or window. After closing the program, on re-opening, no windows/tabs are saved.

In fact, if there is only one window/tab open and if you change even that to any other book or passage--after closing/reopening the app--you have Gen 1:1 again. No ...

I have downloaded Bible Desktop for Mac OS X but the tool to get modules doesn't work - says it has timed out on the internet connection. I have modules I could use anyway but where are they supposed to go on the Mac OS X version?

moving modules from linux (gnomesword/bibletime) to jsword

Hi! I've just installed jsword on my new eeepc 901 (Linux), and it works great there!

i've downloaded a few new modules, but I've also transferred over from my linux desktop system a bunch of other modules I've accumulated there over the years.

All but two of them work fine in jsword. Two of them (two that I made myself from non-public sources--though not the only ones I've made) don't ...

Jsword 1.6 in French???

Hi,
I'm French and I've been happily using Jsword for some time. I've just upgraded to version 1.6. It works, except the names of Bible books are in English and not in French any more.
Is it necessary to add a plug-in of some sort, or will French just be implemented in a version to come?

Thanks for your help,
God bless.

Clarke Commentary view width problem

Hi,

When I open Clarke's commentary with any other Bible/Commentary in the same view, the Clarke's gets really narrow...Is there a way to force it to take up x% (say 50%) of the view?

Thanks,
