PocketSword is perfect for puting interlinear bible in iPad and iPhone

Hi Nic,

I just want to say big thanks to you. I had just found that your app is capable to display interlinear bibles. I have a interlinear Hebrew bible and a interlinear Greek bible. I encoded them like below:

<w gloss="In">εν</w> <w gloss="[the] beginning">αρχή</w> ...

Wah! PocketSword display the interlinear words perfectly. Thank ...

I'm using GnomeSword on Ubuntu, and am wondering why there isn't a Barnes Notes on the Old Testament module -- only one for the New Testament? e-Sword has a free "Albert Barnes' Notes on the Bible" module which includes both OT and NT (link).

Does anyone know why the Barnes OT Commentary is not available as a SWORD module?

Parallel view of different versions in PocketSword?

Is there any plan for a parallel view of different bibles in PocketSword?

Everything else in pocketsword is more than good, except lack of parallel views.

someone in this forum suggesting viewing another bible in commentary view, but it doesn't display paragraphs properly. And it is not a parallel at all.

Upgrading iPad to iOS 5 - Want to Keep My Notes

Hi there,

Am really blessed by this software - thank you so much.

I need to upgrade my iPad from iOS 4 to iOS 5. This requires wiping my iPad and reinstalling everything.

I don't want to lose my notes in PocketSword. Is there a way to back up these notes?

Thanks

Colors for highlighting

Thanks for the great work on PocketSword. I have a small request regarding highlighting colors: I would appreciate a choice of lighter colours that keep the text more readable. E.g. the current blue offered is probably an RGB(0,0,255) - basicaly the primary colour. If it would be a pastel blue, the text below would be much more readable.

Good evening,

Is it possible to export bookmarks from one front end to the next, e.g. I create many bookmarks in PocketSword, but want to use the same bookmarks in Xiphos / BPBible / BibleTime or from one of these to PocketSword?

If it is possible, please provide some guidance.

Dear All,

I've just installed MacSword and have downloaded the WLC, which I can now search using Hebrew characters and wildcards, which is great; but what would be really useful is if, having searched it, I could open an English translation in the same window so I could see the Hebrew and the English side by side, but I can't work out how to do this. (I'm trying with the ESV as ...
