Regular Expressions (Advance Search) Is it possible to do "regular expressions" for macsword? (i.e. proximity searches) |

Re: Regular Expressions (Advance Search) MacSword uses SearchKit search engine, the same technology that is used in Apple's Spotlight. See here for a available search options: http://www.crosswire.org/wiki/Frontends:MacSw...t_searching_.28default.29 Indexing engines very rarely support regular expression search. SearchKit index supports proximity information but only uses it for "phrase search". Manfred |
